It has been said that the four years of the Great Depression and eight years of the New Deal. Comment on this statement with emphasis on identity politics - considering how the war affected the lives of ethnic, economic and political minorities as well as women.

Miss Francis im slightly confused by the Blog directions, the syntax is a bit awkward and hard to decihper. Im also not sure if there is a major error in the quote we are suppouse to comment on...I did the notes though

When is this due? and I dont get the quote. I did the copious notes yesterday luckily.

Like my peers before me, I also don’t understand the quote which the comment is to be based on. I have also completed the copious notes for the assigned textbook reading.

"It has been said that the Great Depression and the eight years of the New Deal marked a radical shift in the US economy as the nation abandoned a policy of mainly laissez fair capitalism for a more Keynesian approach of promoting economc growth and stability.
To what extent do you believe the policies of the New Deal relieved and solved the problems of the Great Depression. Further, did the New Deal promote a sustainable econmic model?"
